Buying in Manhattan

Finding the right home is only part of the process. We guide buyers through every stage of a Manhattan purchase, from identifying properties and arranging private showings to analyzing comparable sales, developing an offer strategy and negotiating the deal. Once an offer is accepted, we remain closely involved through due diligence, financing, board packages, final walkthrough and closing. For clients who cannot always be in New York, we also offer property previews and video tours to help narrow the search before you ever step inside.

From launch and marketing through private appointments and open houses, we track buyer response closely and use real market feedback to guide the strategy. For co-op purchases, we guide clients through the board package process and coordinate the documentation required to present a strong, complete application. For both buyers and sellers, we remain involved with attorneys, lenders, managing agents and other parties throughout the transaction.
